Delivery Policy Details

The following Delivery policy refers to UK Mainland only all delivery periods given are done so in good faith and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times are based on service selected but are not guaranteed as the delivery aspect is out of our control.

Our courier is Federal Express

We may collect the following information:

Delivery time is 1 day - Fast delivery

Delivery time is up to 3 days - Normal delivery

Delivery time is up to 2 weeks for Europe and international.

All orders paid for before 3 PM (Monday - Friday) will be dispatched same day (excluding weekends & Bank holidays).

We try to get all orders delivered for the following day (If selected) BUT this is not a condition of sale.

We reserve the right to cancel any sales if the customer has selected the incorrect postage for their location

You must inspect the packaging BEFORE signing for the goods and make the appropriate comments when signing for them.

We can deliver to destinations outside Mainland UK but please contact us for a P&P Quote first.
